Refurbishments

Here at Lees Builders we specialise in refurbishments of properties. A refurbishment includes the work of restoring and repairing a house with any issues and making the house safe and more sustainable to the client. This can include work such as rectifying damp issues in a house, re plastering the walls and ceilings, redecorating, new floors and various other work. We can cover all aspects of a refurbishment and carry it out to the highest standard making sure the client is happy every step of they way.  One example of a refurbishment we carried out is the refurbishment of a listed 200 year old building in Congresbury which you can see pictured below. We faced many challenges when refurbishing this property such as damp issues all through the house and leaking roofs. We carried out extensive work to solve these issues such as carrying out a strip and re tile on the rooves that were leaking and, hacking off old render on the internal walls with damp and treating them for damp then re rendering the walls and finally re plastering the walls to finish them. We fully remodelled the bathrooms to the highest standard including multiple stunning wet rooms, we also stripped the kitchen, treated it for damp and refitted it with a new bespoke oak wooden floor. At Lees Builders we feel this was one of our best projects and would love to carry out more work like this in the future and feel this project reflects our high level of workmanship.
